Complaints and Disputes

Users in India who have concerns regarding the handling of their personal data may submit a formal complaint directly to the Stake support team through the platform’s designated communication channels, including the official support email address and the live chat facility available within the user account portal. Upon receipt of a complaint, the platform’s internal review process will be initiated, and users can expect an acknowledgement within 5 business days, with a substantive response provided within 30 days, subject to the complexity of the matter. In cases where the complaint is not resolved to the user’s satisfaction following the internal review process, users retain the right to escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority or data protection supervisor in India, including the adjudicatory body designated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, once the corresponding enforcement framework becomes fully operational.
