Terms and Conditions of Stake

Stake is designed to help players in India deepen their knowledge of gambling and develop a more informed approach to online betting. Violation of Terms

  • Any conduct that disrupts the integrity of the platform, its services, or the experience of other users, including attempts to access restricted areas of the system without authorisation.

Intellectual Property

The Stake website, logo, trademark, visual design, and all published content, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, audio, and data compilations, are the exclusive intellectual property of Stake and its licensors, protected under international copyright laws and applicable treaties. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of any element belonging to the platform constitutes a direct infringement of these rights and may result in legal action.

Accessing Stake services grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to view and interact with the platform’s content solely for private, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not confer any ownership rights over any part of the platform. The user holds no right to copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, or distribute any of Stake’s intellectual property for commercial purposes, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of the platform’s authorised representatives.
